# $SPT Burning

We will introduce new features within our ecosystem that will require spending $SPT to access, thereby decreasing the token supply. Moreover, only 50% of the $SPT you pay will be collected by us; the remaining 50% will be sent to the blackhole, which will be more conducive to deflation.
